MY FAVORITE PC GAMES

You MUST have done this. The game is a whole experience which you won't soon forget. With nice graphics and cool music it's unforgettable. Multiplayer too.

A perfect RTS game. You've got three races here, each with its own units and buildings, but they're all like equally powerful, but still different. This is the most important aspect of a good strategy game. For the rest; sounds are okay, graphics are great. Singleplayer missions are cool, but the best part is multiplay! Even now (2001AD) I still play it regularly over my LAN (it's very playable on a P133 so most computers can join.)

Not so much for it's graphics, but the game itself is just amazing. 100% free actions in huge cities. You can do anything you want, get chased by the police all across the city. Together with good drivin' music. Will keep you occupied for quite some time!

Great storyline, great game, great graphics, and lots of options (really a lot of weapons, modifiers, magic, enemies...)

Amazing graphics for it's time, with good multiplayer. A lot of add-ons and maps were made. One of the most popular games ever.

Funny game where your worms have to kill the enemy (other player or AI) worms.

Very funny adventure. Really really funny dialogues and everything else is funny too!

Choose your animal and drive. Don't just come first over the finish line, also fire hedgehogs at the opponents, and leave oil and other trash on the tracks. Even with multiplayer splitscreen and/or IPX!

Ahh Jazz, our green rabbit. Fast platform game (no not like Mario; this is action) and ohhw... the music...!

An old strategy game I really played a lot! Maintain your colonies, build your own ships, research new technologies and fight the other races. Really cool game.

One of the first 3D shooters. Kill nazis and, finally, Hitler. COOL game! Actually too violent for me at that age ;)

Put two or more of the same bricks next to each other to make them disappear. That's the only rule, but of course the game itself is really hard. Also features numerous special things like sinking sand, lava, lifts, teleporters...

This is a cool Diamond-game (you know get all diamonds and then to the exit to win a level), with over 100 cool levels, and neat features like walking scissors.

Who doesn't know these green little men which you have to guide to the exit. We all build our hate/love-relationship with these guys. They are so dumb (just walkin' and stuff), but if they die it's your fault! Aaaargh!!

Wow! An action/puzzle/platform game. Fight enemies and find your way to the next levels to safe the princess within one hour. Perfect animations and sound. How did they do it?

A text-based adventure which required real good thinking (or a walk-through).

One of the first 3-D games? Anyways, you fly though a big tunnel at very high speed, and have to evade (moving) walls, shoot enemies, and get to the end in (very limited) time.

A cool shoot-em-up from the Gradius/Nemesis series, which I played alot on my old MSX.

One game everybody ought to know: Larry (followed by Larry2 to Larry 7 or something). A good and funny text-based adventure.

A simple racer where you just evade the other cars. One of the very few games I had on tape for my MSX-1.
